Accounting Administrator

The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of finance, including but not limited to: invoicing, collections, payables, balancing books. The role of the accountant/bookkeeper is to focus on the financial wellness of the company, while maintaining daily invoicing, collection efforts, and issuing payments to vendors.

Camtronics LLC, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeking an Accounting Administrator to work 5 (8) hour shifts Monday Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Looking for an accounting professional who has an associate degree in Accounting or at least 4 years minimum finance experience. The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of finance, including but not limited to: invoicing, collections, payables, balancing books. The role of the accountant/bookkeeper is to focus on the financial wellness of the company, while maintaining daily invoicing, collection efforts, and issuing payments to vendors.


Responsibilities:

The essential function of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Assist in all aspects of the office financials.
  • Must have an aptitude for numbers, and enjoy bookkeeping.
  • Accounting functions include AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end closings.
  • Responsible for invoicing customer accounts and verifying accuracy of billed amounts.
  • Tracks invoice status.
  • Prepares customer A/R statements daily/weekly basis
  • Maintains customer communications regarding payment status.
  • Initiates and reviews customer credit reference information for billing method assignment (NET 30, COD, etc.)
  • Responsible for monthly billings for services
  • Update account changes for customers/vendors
  • Responsible for payables and balancing the payable account.
  • Responsible for maintaining the credit card software, integrity, i.e. security, transactions.
  • Performs background checks on credit applications. Gives approvals for current charges.
  • Reconciles bank balances on a daily basis.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Works professionally by adhering to company policies.

Job Description:

Electronic bench technicians check for common problems such as defective manufacturing or loose connections, often referring to schematics and specifications to locate the malfunction. Potential to support both electrical and mechanical aircraft components not limited to: testing, cleaning, troubleshooting, disassembly, re-assembly, and inspection. Application of knowledge and instruction from Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) to evaluate and repair aircraft components. Since there are so many different types of electronics, it is important for an electronic bench technician to consistently upgrade their understanding of new products and technologies. Becoming adept at diagnosis requires the expertise and usage of diagnostic tools, various meters, and common hand tools. Must have electrical theory and trouble shooting skills.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Test, disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble aircraft components.
  • Work overtime on a short notice.
  • Follow customer’s special instructions and requirements.
  • Follow all company procedures and policies.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and regulations.
  • Back up department functions, cross-train in other departments and performs other duties as necessary.
  • Report to work on a regular and consistent basis.

REQUIRED ABILITY TO:

  • Able to read and understand component maintenance/overhaul manuals.
  • Able to read and understand drawings, wiring schematics, and diagrams.
  • Good grasp on analog and digital electronic theory and able to troubleshoot/repair to component level.
  • Very good soldering and circuit board repair skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the use of common hand tools and torque wrenches.
  • Demonstrate the use of oscilloscopes, API’s (synchros), multimeters, and function generators.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Performs purchasing duties requiring necessary skills to plan and procure supplies, materials, equipment and services
  • Under supervision, prepares RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for goods and services. Evaluates supplier proposals and updates software to communicate current pricing & lead time data to customer service for final quote preparation to end customer for repair.
  • Places purchase orders for goods and services in support of Camtronics Group business plan
  • Expedites purchase orders as required to support Camtronics Group customers

Summary/Objective: The Technical Publications Specialist - Database is responsible for maintaining the departmental database.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive revisions and temporary revisions from aircraft manufacturers, vendors and Camtronics Group manuals.
  • Update database with revision information.
  • Maintain revision records in database, and contact manual resources who do not return acknowledgement in required timeframe.
  • Update electronic manuals when a new revision is issued and maintain obsolete manual database for reference.
  • Perform monthly audit on electronic manuals to maintain current revisions.
  • Ensure manuals needed for all new components are located and submitted to engineering for capability confirmation in a timely manner.
  • Acquire CMMs as required by reaching out to resources and develop relationships with OEMs.
  • Assist other Technical Publication Specialists as needed, which may include review of IPLs (Illustrated Parts List) and adding P/Ns into our QAVW software database to support production.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Job Description:

Primary responsibility is TIG welding of aluminum, stainless steel and Inconel parts. Each job must be run with safety, accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for weld repairs to heat transfer components, fabricating weld fixtures, test plates and may assist with additional manufacturing requirements. Potential to support heat transfer aircraft components not limited to: testing, cleaning, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspection. Application of knowledge and instruction from Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) to evaluate and maintain aircraft components required. Effective welding requires the expertise and usage of proper equipment, ability to interpret drawings, and compliance with CMM requirements. Tasks will require experience in weld repair/recore of plate/fin heat exchangers as well as tube type precoolers/fuel heaters/coolers.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • The ability to read engineered drawings, and follow work order requirements.
  • Familiar with fabrication tools such as chop saws, belt sanders, air tools, etc. and able to free hand fabricate to drawing and tooling requirements.
  • Familiar with simple measurement equipment such as calipers, angle finders, and speed squares.
  • Prior experience using complicated weld fixtures and weld positioner (turntable)
  • Be able to set up the welding machine for specific materials, thicknesses, and positions
  • Create quality welds according to drawings/repair specifications & inspect welds for accuracy
  • Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting stainless steel/aluminum parts
  • Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
  • Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required
  • Comply with FAA industry regulations
  • Follow customer’s special instructions and requirements.
  • Follow all company procedures and policies.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and regulations.
  • Back up department functions, cross-train in other departments and performs other duties as necessary.
  • Report for duty as assigned and on time.
  • Must be detail oriented, able to work independently, have strong time management skills, and be a skilled communicator.
  • US Citizen or a legally authorized foreign worker.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work extended hours on an as-needed basis

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manual TIG welding of thin materials or detailed technical college training.
  • Ability to pass multiple weld plate testing in Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Alloys upon hire.
