Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Rep/Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, and maintaining customer relationships. You will be expected to develop & maintain extensive knowledge on aerospace components, utilize a software database to assist with tracking customer orders and provide status updates & quotations to your customer base daily.  You will be trained by our customer service manager & CSRs and will be transitioned to handle a specific list of accounts/customers. 

 

Our team is comprised of dozens of professionals with many years of experience. Our business is growing so fast that we made a decision to increase our staff so that we can meet the needs of our customers.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service Representatives spend time evaluating customer emails, fielding customer phone calls.
  • Customer Service Representatives commit to becoming familiar with the aerospace industry terminology, and gain in-depth knowledge of aviation components.
  • Customer Service Representatives provide quotations for customers, process shipments, and expedite repair orders by communicating with production.
  • Follow up with customers on pending quote approvals, shipping instructions, and creating status reports for open orders via return email/voicemails.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- The ideal canidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our Customer Service Representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have aviation sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing world class customer service.- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.

 

- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills- Must be willing to complete pre-employment drug & alcohol screen.

We are an FAA Repair Station located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We specialize in providing repairs to airline operators worldwide. We have a global presence with not only our Tulsa facilities, but also we have a facility in Ireland as well as representatives worldwide: U.S.A., Europe, South America, Asia, India, and the Middle East. We develop niche repairs within the aviation industry to provide alternative repairs to airline/operators vs. OEM repairs. We have grown from 5 employees to nearly 50 employees in 6 years. We are a growing business and are seeking entrepreneurial minded individuals.
