The Company was formed in 2000 as an Oklahoma corporation with its primary place of business being Richard L. Jones Riverside airport (KRVS) in Tulsa, OK. The principles of the corporation all having extensive aviation backgrounds, targeted the aviation market-offering installation, repair, and overhaul services primarily on communication, navigation, hazard avoidance and electrical components for corporate and general aviation aircraft. Since that time the company has grown to become a leader in the aerospace industry and preferred supplier of many, offering repair/overhaul and installation services on numerous product lines and in all aerospace market segments.
